Client Relationship Officer (CRO)
- Looking at Individuals willing to work as Private Bankers in a stress free environment
- Matured Mind-set with a sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial bent of mind
- Compensation Structure would be more Entrepreneurial i.e. Low fixed but high variable structure
- No product specific push, bankers are free to distribute products basis client suitability and Business Approvals
- In case of a CRO exit they are free to take their clients along and we continue to pay them the referral fee i.e. a share of the fee received on their client's live AUM with Nide
